Depending on the type of skin that you have, this will determine the kinds of products that you need to purchase to get it to the best possible condition.

Although it might seem obvious, some of the primary factors affecting your skin include your sleeping patterns, daily habits, and food consumption. 

Often, we aren’t actually consuming as many vitamins and minerals that our body needs to thrive. Make sure that you are always supplementing yourself with plenty of vitamins, proteins, and minerals.

As well as this, take care to always get the right amount of rest that your body needs.

Another thing that you need to remember to do to have happy and healthy skin is to stay hydrated. This is because water helps to get rid of all of the bad stuff in your system by flushing it away. 

It will help to hydrate your skin, as well as provide it with adequate levels of moisture. 

7. Reduce Your Alcohol Consumption 

I know this isn’t one that you guys out there will want to hear, but reducting the amount of alcohol you’re consuming will be a big factor in helping your skin to stay as healthy as possible. 

The  reason being because it severely imbalanced the hormones in your body, subsequently leading it to become aged and acne covered. 

8. Reduce Smoking

Another toxic substance for your skin is smoking. Smoking can be problematic because it can make your skin age before its time. So if you want to look young and handsome for as long as possible, cut down on those cigarettes. 

9. Exercise 

Exercising regularly is also important for healthy, glowing skin. Sweating it out in the gym can increase the amount of collagen in your body, which in turn, gives your skin all of the nutrients it needs to thrive.

Make sure that you’re not stressing out regularly and raising the cortisol levels in your body, as this can cause you to break out. Make sure you’re taking time to chill out each day, and aren’t working yourself too hard. 

13. Don’t Touch Your Skin

If you want great skin, don’t touch it too much. Excessive face touching transfers the bacteria found on your hands to your skin, which can cause breakouts.
